Well, this is really subjective. Seriously, the best thing you can do is look at Nextup.com, makers of TextAloud and sellers of TTS voices. In addition to TextAloud, you'll find samples of other text-to-speech voices.
Myself, I prefer eSpeak, because it is extremely responsive and can read at almost incomprehensible speeds.
