Yes, that's one good thing at least.
However, there's another bug I've noticed.
I'm on level 11 and I have to have 140 construction materials in storage.
However, every time I build factories or awe extractors it places them at the top each time and I can't connect warehouses to the factories I built.
This is very annoying because I can't get past this planet
