In Manamon II, select online trading or online battles. Then select host room and type the name of the room you want to create. Press enter. Now, leave the game opened and give your room name to whomever you want to play with (over Skype/ Discord/ this forum etc). When they join it will say "John has joined" for example.
Alternatively, if someone else has given you their room name, pick join room and type the name of the room you've been given.
As for Stella, if you're getting to three beeps then you're more than halfway there. They get more and more powerful as you go, so even though it says she has 50 percent health remaining doesn't mean you're half way through in terms of rounds.
