Meh, only history repeating itself. You can talk about Windows 10 all day and how bad it is, but in a few years everyone will be using it anyways. Not to mention that your post is only full of lazyness and misinformation, it's not even worth reading to the end. Drivers can most certainly be managed manually, it certainly boots fast, Windows defender is fixed with literally one registry key, or if you are even too lazy for that, it allows you to just add your entire C drive as an exclusion, and the problem is solved. Even better, just install another antivirus that integrates into the Windows 10 security center and defender will not be enabled. The settings app is incomplete, but the parts that are there are not a mess in any way, not sure what is the problem for you there. Reading a list of items and checking and unchecking toggle buttons? Could not get simpler. When you bring up real issues, then people can take you seriously. There is only one annoyance for me, and it is that MS still hasn't implemented first letter navigation in some lists, and it's really, really stupid that in some basic lists like the list of your installed apps, you have to spam down arrow to get to something.
