@ManiaCs, I use Nova, as already mentioned here, and deleting apps is as simple as holding it, and selecting from a list of actions that pops up. You can , however, set Nova to act like other launchers, where you drag the icon to a specific location on the screen, though I'm not sure if that's a pro-only feature.
