There is this thing. If yoo go to twitch and generate yourself an oauth token and fill everything in, you'll be able to log in and connect to any twitch channel. You'd want to disable the chat on twitch, then just communicate through that thing. It doesn't carry badges and stuff so its faster to read messages.
Dude whoever that guy is is a bad ass for making it. I use it a lot when streams get too large.
