Okay!
So, to get OutSpoken running in the Macintosh.JS emulator, replace the "disk" file found in the %APPDATA%\macintosh.js folder, with this one, by extracting it to the path above and hit the "replace/yes" button.
Note:Outspoken requires a keyboard with a "Num-Pad," as that's how OutSpoken worked back in the day. It defaults to the voice of Fred.
Since Alva Group is no more, consider OutSpoken as "abandonware."
