Exactly. Let's say, a move with less accuracy is being used, and it took the hit. It did not die, and it's dodging power is increased, so there is less chance that the same move will hit for sure hit next turn. Since most of the moves with 115, 120 effect points have low accuracy, moves with less effect points will not kill it. Also, plague will be super effective on every manamon that it battles.
