You can do it, but you also need an android phone and a keyboard for that.
So first, set up a NVDA remote server on your pc or connect to one, use Narwhal on your android to connect to it via that and start a game that way, then you just launch a game, open Steam link and play, it probably works, didn't have the chance to try it yet, but I might when I get a proper keyboard.
