Re: worldwide stores with products for blind and visually impaired

Not sure what tiflo means, but in general you're not going to find someone worldwide because there's not enough of a market to support it and shipping around the world is very expensive unless you're Amazon.  But there's the braille superstore, blindmicemart, various iterations of lighthouse for the blind, maxiaids all in the U.S.  Not sure what the UK has but probably also a lot, and you'd be surprised what kinds of things show up on Amazon.

Note that I've always been unsure how legit Blindmicemart is, so maybe hesitate on actually buying from that one unless a lot of other people here have had good experiences with it.
