You mean a multimeter, the thing for measuring current and voltage?  I've looked and never found one.  It might be out there though.  In general when it comes to the stuff for electricity/science/robotics/whatever term you want to use for that sort of nerd hobby vibe, there isn't anything.

It would be possible to do some stuff with a pi and such though, sort of surprised no one has ever started a little home-based assemble it on demand thing for that.  To be honest you could even sell them as kits.
