Is the fitbit watch OS accessible to blind users?

Hi all, i want to know if the fitbit watch 's OS is accessible to the blind?
Does it have some kind of screen reader for us?
I tried googling it, but it does not give me an exact answer... so i am not sure on weather i should buy it or not...
