@mata faceless angel in Necropolis, he was nerphed so not as tough as he used to be.
Also here's my entry for dumbest boss ever.
MK11 Chronica. You spend all of that time in the story learning the game, but when you get to her she changes the rules of it. No throws of any kind, she can't be launched for a kombo, no Krushing Blows will work on her, and she can teleport out of any hit stun. Some characters with great charge moves and projectiles will have a relatively easy time with her, but others really struggle. I can't imagine her on anything above normal difficulty.
Other than that, I agree with the rest on here, got nothing to add.
Actually I do.
Manamon 2, Baron Byron. Holy shit that's a surprise, and the way he transforms is pretty nasty too. Don't forget he's also a difficult boss with asshole minions to help him.
