Re: good and easy sound editor
Audacity can do all of that and 10 times more, but it's also far more advanced,, a free alternative to much more expensive programs, such as Pro Tools, Sound Forge and After Effects. It's got jaws scripts, and built in screen reader support that make using it with NVDA easy, screen reader changes are even highlighted in the main section of the change log, there are far, far more effects and plugins, and it's true multitrack, it just takes way more getting used too. But once you do, you have something far more powerful, and for absolutely free.
As to using them at the same time? That's for the extra and far better effects, such as reverb and echo and precise stereo field positioning and changing speed without pitch change that are actually worth shit. Which isn't to say that GW doesn't have some good effects, just that some of the same ones in Audacity are far, far better, and that Audacity has hundreds of possible e ffects that GW doesn't.
