Actually there are loads (possibly the majority indeed), but that really isn't much of a description.
off the top of my head there is drakor (which I just was playing), sie fate, the new game I found, the exploring sections of crimson moon, Monster breeder, the battles in uncharted peak (the main game has destination clicking but the battles are grid based), Muelsfel rise of the golems, assuming that one is still available, The Dark grimoiore, urban dead (though that is more grid based, and parts os sryth.
To be honest though playing a game for whether you click directions or whether you click an actual destination on a map really doesn't strike me as good reasoning, sinse there are lots of good games from Warriors 2 and the reborn to metroplexities and KoL which work on "click a destination" and are no worse for it.
Actually if your looking for games with a usual n s e w setup I'd personally suggest trying out some muds and inter active fiction games sinse those always do, plus have likely more in the way of actual rooms than at least some of the browser games do.
