Try and see, if you can find a lady by the name of Celene Highwater.
She and several others on Virtual Ability Island, have note cards with Radegast keyboard commands, and tips on how to use the client itself.
I forget which alt-number combination it is, but once ya pres it, an objects list comes up for near by places. Once you find the object with up/down arow keys, you can simply hit your context enu key, and choose what ya want to do with the object
