I have just read the manual, and the game looks really really amazing! I look very much forward to this...
Regarding refund, please read this:

They are saying that the seller have to refund the money. Why should he do that? if the seller don't agree, you can contact Paypal about it.
Jyro: If the full version of Edge of winter isn't released the 20th of september, then I'll contact Paypal about it, tell them the situration and send them a link to this topic.
