And here's System 3. It's the same as system 2 but with a 5 bit ADC
(rather than 3-bit) on the front.
You still get rounding errors, and the S/N ratio is still reduced, but
because you have more resolution to start with, the overall S/N ratio
at 16dB is only slightly less than System 1.
