Hi, Sorry if I sound a bit thick but am new to the delights of the squeeze box ( have just purchased 2 SB3s), I have been using windows media player 10 to rip cds with the wma lossless format, then having read a few of the posts here noticed that the preferred tool is exact audio copy so downloaded it and ripped a few discs .not sure if Im doing something wrong but the wma files sound better than the wav even though they are 920kbs as opposed tp1412 for the wavs?
Also see a lot of talk about upgrading the power supply, would I really notice any difference ..the kit Im using as a main system is a Marantz PM7001KI amp (New model) driving some Mission M35i 3 way floor standers with chord cabling throughout.
