Actually, the version most identified as the preferred for audiophile use is 15! If you go to either audiocircle or audioholics and check the SB threads you'll find a number of them that say 15 is still better than 28. I haven't done a test yet, but I wonder how far back you can go before the FW version is just not usable against the Slimserver program.
