Yes, turning volume up to maximum value was the first thing I did out of the box. When listening through CD player, I keep volume knob on the amp approximate in 9:30 position. For comparison, when I connect SB with volume set to 32-34, I have to crank volume up to 12:30 to achieve equivalent loudness. If SB volume is set to default value of 20, I cannot achieve the same loudness level until I max out the amp volume. Is this behavior expected? Any chance that my device IS defective? -- andrei_c ------------------------------------------------------------------------ andrei_c's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=4639 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=22273 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/audiophiles
