Sorry, I missed that. Just to be sure, did you restart the track after making the change? That seemed necessary in my case, presumably because the SB buffers quite a bit of data. Is there any difference in the ff/rw behavior between the two settings? I'm using the latest firmware (at least as of a few weeks ago) and a beta version of slimserver I downloaded maybe two weeks ago. I can't check from here to see exactly what version.
