I don´t get why you need something like this for just running Slimserver. It uses 50-100 Watt like a complete slow PC. Before i always let run a RAID for just offering music data i´d buy a small NAS (max. 20 Watt) and use the build in clone to externel USB-drive function from time to time. But if noise, money or wattage doesn´t matter it is for sure a beautiful High-Tech Toy. Of cause this big ReadyNas is much faster than these small NAS devices what may be a main reason for some.
