I give up -- reading, thinking, talking, etc, have all brought me to the conclusion that a one box solution is the way to go. Pricey, maybe too pricey, but it's all there, in one box, it looks nice, I can take it overseas, I don't need a line stage or other attenuator, bla-bla-bla. In a way, it saves money.
Question for Sean: about the internal jumpers: How will I access these? Is it idiot proof? And, for someone who will be going directly to the amps, what attenuation setting to use?
