I haven't seen that, but then I haven't used the buttons much. One thing I did notice is that the buttons are supported in slimserver as an additional remote control type - so the remote mapping files probably come into play. This makes me think that (a) possibly yours got scrambled somehow or (b) you may be able to fix the problem by editing the mapping file. But I'm no expert on the remote config files so I can't really go any further than that!
