Can I humbly suggest that you don't second-guess what other communications I'm making over this issue? Of course I'm in close contact with the UK Distributor. However, this is a Slim Devices forum, I've ordered from the official Slim Devices UK Distributor and I think under the circumstances, I've every right to question how Slim Devices are addressing (or not) customer frustration at the lack of information about excessively slow order fulfilment. Frankly, as a customer I don't care where the fault lies. I ordered a Slim Devices product (my third) through an official Slim Devices channel and I'd just like to know when I might get it.
