Daaaaaang! I guess you must get your own dedicated listening room? I have been looking at the EighthNerve products myself because EVERYTHING else has been extremely low on the WAF. My 2 channel system is set up in the living room which is very sparsely furnished in order to sho off some of the 1940's detail (arched ceiling and doorways, sunken design, original parquet floor). Even regular conversations have a tendency to ring and echo. :( >From what I have heard (and what tomjtx just reinforced) was that even the triangles would make a big difference. 2 questions: 1. Do you know if they can be mounted on a curved ceiling/wall? (see pic) 2. Can they be painted to match the wall color and hopefully become invisible? +-------------------------------------------------------------------+ |Filename: Living Room.jpg | |Download: http://forums.slimdevices.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=2096| +-------------------------------------------------------------------+ -- ob_kook SB2 --> Axiom passive pre --> Portal Paladin monoblocks --> Dynaudio Contour 1.3 MKII ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ob_kook's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1383 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=30350 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/audiophiles
