If you're paranoid enough about the noise conducted from the power lines to go to the trouble and expense of using a power regenerator, then you should also be paranoid enough to use a linear power supply instead of the switching wall-wart.
Using the marketing BS from the power regenerator companies as a guide, I imagine you'll hear a dramatic improvement in performance, on par with changing from Edison cylinder records to 24 bit 96 ksps digital.
