Then, do yourself a favour and find a way to listen to a pair of Magnepans. You idea of the stereo world might change. As far as stereo artifact goes, I have a (probably digitally remasterd) mono recording of some '30 jazz on CD. Everything is coming from the dead center between speakers. However, there is a tune coming from far left (fireplace :) ).
