The T-Amp is probably underpowered for 86dB/W speakers - it only has about 5W that sounds good, which is not enough for reasonable levels.
I'd buy a second hand or Chinese valve amp, but that's probably just me ;) I use a small Ming Da in my kitchen system, an MC-84C I think. It's tiny and sounds much better than the T-Amp (I use that for my computer system) Adam -- adamslim SB3 into Derek Shek d2, Shanling CDT-100, Rotel RT-990BX, Esoteric Audio Research 859, Living Voice Auditorium IIs, Nordost cables http://www.last.fm/user/AdamSlim/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------ adamslim's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=7355 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=31434 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/audiophiles
