I am very fond of Bel Canto. They make good products, they are professionals, and they are extremely friendly and flexible with customers.
Having said that, you have got to be kidding, right? You didn't bother reading the page on the policy? You know, the page that specifies the return policy? It's right here: http://belcantodesign.com/sup_30day.html It is not hidden away. It sounds like you didn't even bother to get an RMA. Returns almost ALWAYS, with ANY company, require an RMA. You have only yourself to blame. You have no reason to bitch at Matt or John and you certainly have no reason to make a case of it here.
