Generally speaking, fibre optic digital audio interconnects (TOSlink) are considered to have higher jitter than coaxial interconnects.
I have been very pleased with DH Labs D-75 Digital Cable, using Cardas RCA connectors. Custom made cables are available from Moon Audio (http://www.moon-audio.com/).
