Just for the record, the Welborne PSU is a 5V, 3A, linear, regulated PS kit (can also come assembled for a fee) that seems to be light years ahead of other PSU's when it comes to performance. Even off the bat, the voltage output is the steadiest I've ever seen in readings I've taken over the years. I have found more "noise" (read voltage output instability) in batteries than I have from this PSU.
