Mind you, I tend to think that there should be perveivable differences between the two.
But I've been reading the "Audio Critic" lately. I admit, I'm somewhat sceptical. But if their claim is backed by facts, and if the blind tests were methodologically sound, then the case is closed: all CD players do sound the same.
