I have other digital equipment that I can make better use of, using the Transporters DAC. I could not have done this with the SB3 although I believe it is a very good device if I had not a DAT (digital audio tape) recorder I would have purchased the SB3. I will also try my CD player connected to the Transporter though I do not expect any improvement.
My equipment is mainly Cyrus based. (Amplifier, CD, DVD, Mission 753 Speakers etc).
