Agree, and actually the serious german High-end audio magazines always
promote this. I have my front and centre speakers bi-wired (yes it does
make a difference), the surround and surround-back are done as you
describe. Would that make a difference for surround - well, for 5.1
SACD and DVD-Audio certainly. It's a relatively cheap but audible
improvement.
