Done. Lavry DA10 with stock SB3: a small improvement as expected. I tested again the SB3 alone in order to be sure about the channels. This time, right is right.
Lavry DA10 with Terratec Aureon Firewire: any comment? There was no difference between the "crystal lock" and "narrow" position on the PLL selector. The plot was a little worse (yet far better than the Terratec alone) in the "wide" position. As a matter of fact, anybody out there with some decent 24/96 sound card could easily perform these tests. Wavelab is not freeware, but there is (at least) another capable software readily available: ARTA. http://www.fesb.hr/~mateljan/arta/index.htm It's shareware, but the demo mode offers many valuable possibilities, including spectrum analyser. It could be interesting if we all could share experiments on different products, mods, and so on. Think of it!
