Adam, I got a TP on 7 day sale or return from Ripcaster. I didn't go for it and Ripcaster even arranged collection. The service from Ripcaster was second to none.
At the time I had a stand alone sb3. I preferred the sb3's looks and simplicity. I bought a Shek 1 and was pleased with the sonic improvement. Within a couple of months I played devil's advocate by getting a Benchmark Dac1 on 7 day sale or return from Digital Village. The BM Dac1 is what I was looking for. Now I have the attack and deep bass of my Naim cd front end which rrp is about GBP6K. The sb3 plus BM Dac1 is a great pairing.
