NAD is the greatest thing since they invented the cheese slicer. Ok. I may not be objective.
NAD produces great performance for the price - particularly when you purchase most of your system on eBay like I did! NAD amps are common on eBay today (they sold a LOT of them,) tend to be marked down considerably as used equipment, and work great. I am still amazed by the performance of my NAD 2600A, and what little it cost me to get it. Get two of them and run monoblocks! I do something similar to that. I would also recommend an online site such as Spearit Sound.
