Yes.  I have ripped several discs with 24/96 LPCM, mostly DADs from
Classic Records, to 24/96 WAV files.  Ensure that you have a recent
version of DVD AE, because both 96 KHz and 24-bit WAV were added in
revisions.  Also ensure that the disc actually has 96 KHz LPCM audio. 
It's worked fine for me.

The latest I extracted this way was "Muddy Waters - Folk Singer".
