Interesting.  Does the same effect occur when I stream to the SB3 with
a connection lag?  Say, if it's really foggy out and the wi-fi signal
elongates en-route from my PowerMac to the router and on to the SB.
That could also explain why longer component cables cost more.  Never
mind price per foot.  A 40' digital coax made of high O2 copper and tin
with aluminum coated RCA connectors must help tweeze out that extra
resolution between the SB and DAC.
