Very few receivers these days have such jumpers but most, if not all,
have 5.1 or 7.1 external in connections.  Connect the SB to the L/R of
these connections and it will do the same thing.

Receivers do not apply any sort of digital processing to 5.1/7.1
connections since these sorts of connections often come from
DVD-A/SACD/HD-DVD/Blu-ray devices.  Can't have any recording off these
sources, can we - so the receiver sends this to the analog section only
and applies no processing, often not even volume control.
