Why do you say they are "Critical"?

What specific issue do you believe you are addressing?

Are you equipped to make your own conducted EMI measurements?

Did you spend many thousands of dollars having your design tested by a
certified EMI lab like I did, after installing your Critical LINE
FILTERS?

Are you aware that it is possible to create a new resonance that can
actually _increase_ emissions (especially radiated) by installing
filters where they don't belong?

That's just the AC jack... did you test all the other connections on
the unit after making all your other internal changes? It is quite easy
to drastically increase EMI just by moving a few wires around.

Did you test the noise floor of all the internal power supplies after
making your changes?

How about the analog outs?

Do you even have the foggiest idea if your design would pass regulatory
requirements in the countries where you do business? I'm not just
talking about CE/FCC, but also safety since you are modifying the AC
connections.

I would very much like to see some data showing the benefits your
Critical LINE FILTERS, or at least hear your theory as to why you think
they're a good idea.
