Again, I'm not making any kind of new statement here.  On the technical
specifications found on most amplifiers, they list "input
sensitivity"...and the number that is listed with this number
represents the voltage required to drive the amp to maximum.  So the
higher the number, the higher voltage is required to drive the amp to
its maximum.
