By the way, Slimdevices (the makers of SB3 and Transporter, a rather small company) have only recently been acquired by Logitech. There is a backlog because the demand for the Transporter exceeds the expectations. Not much Logitech can do instantly to change this situation. You complain about over trading and lack of UK distribution at the same time? My guess is that most Transporters are sold directly over their web site. Maybe they should make the web site less easily accessible.
