Just as an FYI... this is not a technical support forum. Our engineers and support specialists will occasionally answer questions here, but the forum is not a substitute to calling or emailing support. I would recommend that you do that in order to get help with your problem. Also I wouldn't exactly call responding to posts on our own forum trawling. I think there might be a bit of confusion on Jim's title. He's the Director of Product Marketing for just the Slim Devices products (internally referred to as the Streaming Media Systems Business Unit, or SMS BU), not all of Logitech. I think Slimpy was being sarcastic about cutting back on the website. ;) As for the European Transporter supply, we shipped ~40 units to the EU distribution center about 3 weeks ago, and we are preparing a shipment of another 60 to send out any day now. Regular shipments will occur on an ongoing basis, so they should not have any stock problems moving forward. Also I guess you didn't notice, but the backlog on the silver was removed from our buy page as of last week.
