I haven't heard the specific unit in question, but the Micromega gear did get some very positive reviews, so it would be worth a close listen!
The only thing I would watch out for is that some of their gear used touch membrane switches to control the functions. Those things are not known for long lifetimes, and pretty much have to be replaced with factory originals if they fail...
