the 640c is great player ...but it can't do what the sb3 does ...its like saying which tastes better apples or oranges..
you need to compare like with like. that said the 640c should be well out a head ...but if the sb3 is feed to a decent dac the performance gap should close. Though they are never going to sound the same...
