I have read the manual and it says that you could reconfigure your DA10 to compensate the connections to your preamp by replacing the internal jumpers at the outputs.
The manufacturing had set at balanced as both ground are floating, at unbalanced pin 2 hot as one ground (left output) and pin 3 (hot, right output) are floating and at unbalanced pin 3 hot as pin 3 (left output) and ground (right output) are floating.
