Staying on topic is of course best for the poor person who maybe ask for help. And other who reads threads. It can be fun to read about off topic arguing too sometimes it is even useful information.
I have had off topic post a couple of times :) If somebody correct me i willl not be hurt :) Computer audio hifi is interesting and it is fun to discuss. It is easy sometimes to be carried away and forget the topic. Off topic posts is just to ignore and ask a relevant question again or wait for meaningful answer. We are just humans playing with some robot a`like things called computers.
